About the Role :
Shreenath Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team!
Youโll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving consistent sales growth through effective communication and follow-ups
Key Responsibilities :
โ Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
โ Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
โ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
โ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
โ Share product information, quotations, and follow up on proposals.
โ Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
โ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
โ Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth order processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
๐ Bachelorโs degree preferred (Commerce, Business, or Marketing).
๐ 1โ3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales (manufacturing or related industries preferred).
๐ฌ Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
๐ง Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
๐ Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
๐ Excellent telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
