To know more Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end operations across various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings including content, images, pricing, keywords, and categorization
• Ensure product availability and inventory synchronization across platforms
• Monitor and maintain healthy account metrics and performance (return rate, defect rate, order cancellations, etc.)
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers in coordination with marketing and sales teams
• Analyze sales data, category performance, and competitor listings to identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for timely order dispatches and fulfillment
• Resolve customer escalations and claims in coordination with customer support teams
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and address any penalties or account health issues proactively.
