About the Role -
Job Description –
- As an Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to attract, screen, and recruit qualified candidates to fill internal job openings within the organization.
- You will collaborate with hiring managers / department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities :
Utilize various sourcing methods such as ATS, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates.Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Engage with potential candidates through personalized messaging, emails, and phone calls to assess their fitment for the open positions.Screening resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills and conduct / coordinate their interviews.Partner closely with hiring managers for their staffing needs, providing regular updates and ensure end to end positive / seamless candidate experience.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in IT, Human resources, Business Administration, or related field.4+ years proven experience as a recruiter in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Skills Required
