The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive and senior-level talent aligned with the institution's strategic goals. The recruiter will partner closely with senior stakeholders and department heads, to define leadership role requirements, execute targeted search strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
