About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's strategic goals through effective HR planning, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management processes
Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures when required
Monitor and support training and development programs
Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely processing
Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics
Stay updated with HR trends, tools, and best practices
Lead HR policy revisions and ensure consistent application across teams
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA / PGDM preferred)
3–4 years of experience in core HR functions
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, BambooHR, etc.)
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills :
Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring
Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
