Senior Quality Manager : Consumer Electronics / Medical Devices

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Quality Manager to lead and transform our Quality Department into a proactive, independent function that drives product reliability and customer satisfaction, not just compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead quality strategy across incoming, in-process, and final product inspection.

Own supplier quality audits, defect reduction, and CAPA management.

Implement AQL-based sampling (ANSI / ASQ Z1.4) and robust QC systems.

Track and report IQC pass rate, FPY, rework rate, defect rates, and customer complaints via a monthly Quality Dashboard.

Drive root cause analysis, process improvements, and customer complaint resolution.

Prepare for ISO 9001 and regulatory audits while ensuring systems are actively followed.

Mentor and upskill the quality team to work closely with production and suppliers.

Requirements

8+ years in quality leadership, preferably in consumer electronics or medical devices.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ANSI / ASQ Z1.4, SPC, and CAPA systems.

Proven ability to build quality systems from the ground up and reduce defects.

Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and communication skills.
