Job description

We are hiring a Senior Quality Engineer with excellent knowledge on Automation.

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid / Remote)

Timings : 3.30am IST - 12.30pm IST (Australia Time Zone)

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through effective testing strategies and automation.

Responsibilities

Proven leadership in designing and executing end-to-end test strategies for critical business initiatives.
Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright ) and integrating them into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting).
Deep understanding of secure software development and automated security testing practices.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Qualifications

Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

10+ years’ experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.

ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.

Required Skills

Demonstrated AI literacy and eagerness to stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning for quality engineering.
