Post : Area Sales Manager (pharma)
Location - Raipur
We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage the pharmaceutical sales operations in the assigned territory. The ASM will be fully responsible for generating sales, managing collections, and overseeing team performance. The role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, as the ASM will operate with autonomy in building and managing a sales team, while being directly accountable for business outcomes
Performance-based Income : Additional earnings will be based on sales performance, collection, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
Personally drive sales and / or manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) under him.
Recruit and manage MRs as per business needs; decide and disburse their salaries from the approved sales margin.
Ensure proper documentation, timely Credit Notes (CNs), and account reconciliation.
Provide regular sales and collection reports to the management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Follow up with the doctors and increase the sales of the company.
Excellent communication skill and proficiency in English
