- Acquire required product knowledge by attending training programs, cycle meetings, and on-the-job training.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
- Ensure complete strategy and system implementation as per company directives.
- Drive retention of team members and scout new talent.
- Induct new employees as per company policy, ensuring compliance with code of conduct.
- Manage vacant territories effectively to ensure business continuity.
- Guide team members in resolving issues with stockists and chemists.
- Prepare and submit tour programs for self and team in line with guidelines.
- Conduct monthly analysis of Primary / Secondary sales and customer coverage.
- Build strong business relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) & KBLs.
- Brief subordinates on incentive schemes and motivate for performance.
- Ensure annual target achievement for all HQs and new product launches.
- Develop team members in detailing, product knowledge, RCPA, and in-clinic effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

- Organize academic activities, CME programs, and conferences for doctors.
