Your Impact

The Billing Analyst supports the timely and accurate preparation, delivery, and collection of customer invoices. They serve as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement : Liaises with customers to answer billing questions via phone and email. Monitors tickets, and provides timely and accurate responses to customer questions.

Billing Cycle Support : Assists in monthly billing cycles, including invoice preparation and completeness / accuracy reviews. Monitors emails and promptly addresses billing and collection-related issues. Runs ad-hoc reports in systems to address customer inquiries.

Who You Are

1+ years experience with high volume B2B billing and collections

Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables

Experience with NetSuite or similar billing systems

SaaS company billing experience

Even Better If You Have...

Proficiency in managing and analyzing data using Excel and other relevant software

Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal abilities, and ability to work cross-functionally within the company

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail with ability to work accurately under pressure

Accounts receivable best practices and principles

Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete tasks by deadlines

Education

Required : Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
