Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Billing Engineer / Field Engineer located in Bina. The Billing Engineer / Field Engineer will be responsible for preparing and maintaining bills of quantities (BOQs), conducting rate analysis, managing billing systems, and performing quantity surveying tasks. Responsibilities also include on-site verification, measurement documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining BOQ
• Strong analytical skills and rate analysis capabilities
• Experience with billing systems
• Knowledge of quantity surveying
• Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications and previous field experience are a plus
