Job Summary

The incumbent for Facade Lighting Sales will be responsible for driving the sales and market presence of facade lighting products within the assigned territory. This role involves setting up design presentations, providing technical solutions, managing projects, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, and construction firms. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the building industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Organize and conduct design presentations with architects, interior designers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Provide Lighting design and technical solutions for building facades.
  • Track customer feedback and metrics related to design and product solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment and coordinate with various departments.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Formulate and execute promotional activities such as exhibitions, seminars, and media campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including architects, interior designers, and construction firms.
  • Conduct research on market trends, technology adoption, and business models to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations both internally and externally.
  • Take responsibility for finalizing deals, ensuring monetary settlement, and providing after-sales support.
  • Understand building regulations, design standards, safety requirements, and installation techniques.
  • Review and comprehend architectural drawings and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with tender procedures and strategic planning.

Required

  • 3 - 13 years of managerial experience in the building or construction industry, with strong connections to architectural design offices and designers.
  • Established relationships within the architect and consultants community..
  • In-depth knowledge of Lighting products, including market and customer needs.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, design standards, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to perceive the larger picture and develop effective strategies.
