Area Business Manager - Watches

Job descriptionManage retail stores across multiple locations, ensuring efficient operations and sales growth. Develop and implement effective business plans to drive revenue expansion and market share gains. Oversee inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising to maintain high standards of store appearance. Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in watches or related industry (retail management).
- MBA / PGDM degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).
- Proven track record of success in retail planning, operations, sales, and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of luxury goods sector with knowledge of watch brands preferred.
