Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation to identify potential B2B clients.
- Acquire new B2B clients and manage existing accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Manage current B2B distributors and onboard new ones to expand market presence.
- Conduct field visits to clients and distributors to build strong relationships and understand their business needs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and distributor handling.Ability to conduct field visits regularly and build rapport with stakeholders.Excellent stakeholder and operations management skills.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.Skills Required
