Funnel Improvement (50%) Drive higher loan conversions through effective counseling & document collection. Process & Quality Adherence (10%) Maintain 90% telesales quality standards & regulatory compliance. Customer Satisfaction (10%) Ensure CSAT score of 4.5+ and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You Need :
