Mandatory Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of experience as an Analyst & Developer in Wealth Management or Financial Services .
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in UNIX, Oracle, and SQL / PL SQL technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with global colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) change implementation within the banking industry .
- Highly driven, self-motivated , and possesses a can-do attitude .
- Strong team player , capable of creating synergy within a collaborative environment.
- Proactive and change-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenging situations.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
Knowledge or experience in Records Management policies and procedures .Experience with the following tools is a plus :Scheduling tools (AutoSys).Ticketing tools (GSNOW).Tracking tools (JIRA).Version control & collaboration tools (GitLab, Confluence, SharePoint).Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.Skills Required
