Job descriptionCoordinate with the Head Office to track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Maintain an updated swatch library that is well-organized, easily accessible, and Keep accurate and up-to-date records of daily sales, expenses, and financial Conduct regular inventory audits, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure that IBTs Monitor product displays and overall store presentation to ensure alignment with brand standards. Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including cleanliness, staff coordination, and readiness for client visits. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and Coordinate closely with the management team to share performance updates, client feedback, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Support marketing initiatives, in-store events, and promotional activities as required. Handle client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation.
