Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
- Set and monitor annual and quarterly sales targets for teams and regions.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives.Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and career development initiatives.Collaborate with HR to identify, hire, and retain top sales talent.Financial Management
Oversee the sales departments P&L, ensuring targets for revenue, margins, and profitability are met.Develop and manage the sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.Provide regular financial forecasts and variance analysis to senior leadership.Market Analysis & Business Development
Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities.Formulate go-to-market strategies for new product launches or market expansion.Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business reach.Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through service excellence and value delivery.Address customer issues and feedback promptly to maintain strong brand reputation.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including net and retail sales, pipeline conversion, and market penetration.Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to executive management.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Management to align business strategies.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and lead generation & Experience :Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or general management role.Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and leading large sales teams.Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L and sales budgets.Key Skills & Competencies :
