Presales Implementation Engineer – Cybersecurity

We are seeking a skilled Presales Implementation Engineer with in-depth expertise in Cybersecurity, UEM, MDM, RMM, and Patch Management solutions . In this role, you will partner with sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions, deliver impactful demos / POCs, and ensure seamless deployment of endpoint security technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with sales teams to translate customer needs into scalable security solutions
• Lead product demos, presentations, and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
• Design and implement customized UEM, MDM, RMM, and Patch Management deployments
• Provide presales technical guidance and support during solution design and delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during presales and post-sales stages
