We are seeking a talented and experienced System Engineer - Presales to join our team in Bangalore. As a Presale Systems Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team to open and develop opportunities for our security solutions. Your responsibilities will include :
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and develop opportunities in the areas of Firewalls, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Advanced Endpoint Protection, APT Protection, PUM, and SIEM.
- Presenting solutions to customers, understanding their requirements, and modifying customer requirements as needed.
- Developing solution blueprints, documenting them, and working with OEM presale personnel when necessary.
- Evaluating multiple approaches based on customer objectives and constraints to recommend appropriate solution approaches.
- Managing and handling all solution-related queries from the customer evaluation team in a timely manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Discussing with the customer / sales team to define success criteria for proof of concepts and conducting successful POCs on time.
- Conducting high-quality demonstrations of the solution as required during the opportunity pursuit.
- Acting as a thought leader and knowledge expert in Firewalls, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Advanced Endpoint Protection, APT Protection, PUM, and SIEM within the team.
- Conducting regular knowledge sharing sessions with the sales and technical team to ensure the team is updated with the latest trends and improve pipeline conversion.
- Creating success stories of use cases to showcase the capabilities of our team.
Candidate Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you should have :
5+ years of relevant experience in the Cyber Security industry.A currently valid technical certification on Cisco Security or Palo Alto- CNNP for Security.Knowledge and familiarity with solutions for cloud security, VAPT, APT, EPP, EDR, SIEM, etc.Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and / or Indian regional languages.The ability to work effectively with people and customers, maintaining a professional presence.An aptitude for collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.Required Skills :
