Our mission is to empower individuals across India with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt sustainable practices, focusing on accessible green solutions and urban farming.

As a new venture, we have set an ambitious goal for our foundational year : to reach and educate 50,000 students. We aim to foster a new generation of environmentally conscious citizens through high-quality, multilingual (English, Hindi, and Tamil), and regionally relevant content.

Role Description The Tech Lead / LMS Manager is responsible for the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the Waytoogreen Learning Management System (LMS) and the associated technology stack.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the architecture, maintenance, and security of the LMS platform.
• Manage the technology infrastructure, including hosting (e.G., AWS, Azure) and CDN services.
• Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and platform uptime.
• Troubleshoot high-level technical issues and manage software integrations (payment gateways, CRM).
• Evaluate and integrate new educational technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
