Lead sourcing activities :

Coordinate the preparation of RFx documents conduct supplier offer assessments provide comprehensive analysis lead negotiations with suppliers and present the final recommendation to the teams.

• Identify procurement levers to achieve full cost optimization objectives.
• In charge of supplier risk assessment in tool and onboarding on financial / procurement system.

Contract and Claim Management :

Lead negotiation and implementation of new contracts.

Supplier Management :

Participate in evaluation of supplier performance (KPI dashboards).

Support in Category Management :

Study dynamics of suppliers (CRO / CDMO) market and specific technologies.

Reporting & Performance :

Monitor and drive procurement KPI reporting (savings and other metrics) as defined by the Manager.
