Main job purpose :

The main purpose of the job is to manage the service & innovations for the Skin Cleansing India business, which is clocking over 1040 ME turnover.

The role would be pivotal in driving & delivering the business agenda from procurement side and would partner with the Supply Chain Planners, R&D, Factories and Finance Managers to ensure best in class cost & service.

A successful procurement professional is expected to be :

• Strong at selling ideas to his / her business partners, internally and externally, translating these into effective proposals conveying value and communicating it accordingly.

Key Accountabilities :

Manage Procurement deliverables for existing & new brands by :

Ensuring timely availability and contract closure for all raw materials. Close working with UOI to ensure material availability.

Meeting the supply compliance target of the business by engaging closely with Supply Planners, SUIT, Converters, R&D & internal stakeholders

Executing procurement-related actions for innovations.

Lead the Noodles and Lauric material monthly Planning for Skin Cleansing Business.

Proactively engage with suppliers and communicate any foreseeable changes / risk in material availability and cost.

Create & coordinate on resilience risk assessment and mitigation plan.

Manage the procurement deliverables for complexity reduction programmes.

Secure supplier capacity and capability for strategic growth.

Lead / support Sustainability projects (ex, VCI, NDPE Agenda)

Essential

Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement preferably in FMCG

Strong stakeholder management skills

Strong communication skills.

Preferred :

Experience working in multiple geographies.

Experience in dealing across cultures and time zones.
