SysTechCorp - Resource Management Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update resource management data (demand and supply) in internal systems.
• Provide regular MIS reports and analytics to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations teams for effective resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes such as time entry and reporting.
• Support recruitment and hiring processes as required.
• Coordinate scheduling activities within the Consulting organization.
• Assign consultants (employees and subcontractors) to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
• Assist in balancing project needs with consultant development goals.
