Position Overview :
The Practice Head for the Analog design vertical will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Analog Design and AMS practice for Design & Layout within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in analog domain, a strong leadership capability, and a proven track record in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will drive the development of AMS strategies, ensure the delivery of high-quality AMS services, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Strategy :
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the vertical, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire a team of AMS engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Project Management :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Client Engagement :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding analog services,
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.
- Technical Expertise :
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Resource Management :
- Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of top analog talent.
- Ensure the team is adequately resourced and equipped to meet current and future project demands.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on analog.Proven track record of leading and managing analog teams and projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with client engagement and business development is a plus.
