Position Overview :

The Practice Head for the Analog design vertical will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Analog Design and AMS practice for Design & Layout within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in analog domain, a strong leadership capability, and a proven track record in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will drive the development of AMS strategies, ensure the delivery of high-quality AMS services, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Strategy :
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the vertical, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Lead and inspire a team of AMS engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Project Management :
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Engagement :
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding analog services,
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.
• Technical Expertise :
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Resource Management :
• Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of top analog talent.
• Ensure the team is adequately resourced and equipped to meet current and future project demands.
