Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Practice Head to set up and grow our Oracle ERP practice from India, targeting the US and Europe markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for Oracle ERP solutions and services delivery and

driving revenue growth

in US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and implement overall strategy for the Oracle ERP practice while aligning initiatives with company goals.

Lead, mentor, and inspire diverse project teams; support professional growth and accountability.

Oversee Oracle ERP project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices, schedule, quality, and budget.

Develop and architect robust Oracle-based solutions, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications.

Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and facilitating ERP transformation.

Develop and expand service offerings, including solution design, Cloud, and integration initiatives.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources, supporting competency development and certifications within the practice.

Promote innovation by staying current on Oracle trends, developing unique solutions, and sharing thought leadership.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams for pre-sales activities, proposals, presentations, and bids.

Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies, career development plans, and succession planning for Oracle consultants.

Ensure that systems and solutions incorporate enterprise-grade security, compliance, and audit capabilities.

Optimize delivery operations to achieve high client satisfaction and measurable results across large-scale deployments.

Required Skills and Experience :

In-depth expertise in Oracle ERP applications, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud, MDM, and core modules like Finance, HCM, SCM, EPM.

Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations , managed services or upgrades, ideally for global clients.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a background in talent development, performance management, and project oversight.

Strategic thinking, client management, and business acumen, including financial planning and P&L management.

Excellent communication and mentoring abilities for guiding teams and engaging clients and senior stakeholders.
