Job Summary
Bajaj Housing Finance Limited (BHFL), a distinguished 'Upper-Layer NBFC', is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Home Loans to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team to generate leads and meet ambitious sales targets in the home loans division. This role requires a professional with a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of home loan products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a sales team to generate new leads and achieve sales targets for home loans.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Provide excellent customer service by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate loan products.
- Oversee the entire loan process, including the preparation of accurate loan documentation and coordination with various departments.
- Ensure all sales activities and loan processes are in full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Analyze sales data and team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and developing effective Sales Strategies.In-depth knowledge of Home Loans, loan products, and the associated documentation.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
