Role Summary :
We are looking for an experienced HR & IR Manager / Deputy Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, workforce management, and employee welfare within a manufacturing setup. The role requires strong exposure to factory HR, labour laws, government liaison, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement.
Required Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in HR & IR in a manufacturing / industrial plant.
- Strong knowledge of Factory Act, Labour Laws, compliance management, disciplinary procedures, and government liaison.
- Hands-on experience in payroll, statutory compliance, and industrial workforce handling.
Key Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment from manpower planning to onboarding.Coordinate with HODs to align manpower requirements with organizational planning.Handle statutory compliance : PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Income Tax, and filing returns.Liaison with government authorities : PF, ESIC, Labour Dept., Industrial Safety, MIDC, MPCB, Factory Inspectorate, Local Bodies, Insurance.Manage factory & labour license renewal / amendments.Handle employee discipline : absenteeism, counseling, grievances, and drafting show cause, warning letters, charge sheets, and termination letters.Manage labour court cases and maintain healthy industrial relations.Identify training needs, organize training programs, and track effectiveness.Plan employee engagement activities : celebrations, games, newsletters, medical & welfare camps.Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll processing, salary records, and leave / loan management.Implement KRAs, onboarding systems, performance appraisal frameworks, and reward programs.Ensure medical facilities, mediclaim processing, and safety readiness (firefighting equipment, emergency tie-ups).Support ISO / IATF documentation and ensure compliance across HR & IR functions.
