Role Overview :

Are you someone who loves data, campaigns, and digital marketing magic? As our Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll own the daily execution of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, monitor live performance, and ensure every rupee spent counts. You’ll learn, experiment, and grow while driving results that directly impact Nap Chief’s growth.

What You’ll Do :

• Run campaigns like a pro : Set up, launch, and monitor Google Ads & Meta Ads daily with 100% accuracy.
• Stay sharp : Maintain naming, UTMs, dashboards, and reporting hygiene.
• Spot anomalies fast : Keep campaigns on track and flag issues immediately.
• Collaborate & scale : Work with leads to test ideas, scale campaigns, and improve results.
• Own your process : Follow structured workflows, maintain discipline, and hit deadlines.
• Grow your skills : Learn advanced performance marketing while working with live budgets.
