Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who will work for both JIMS & ISBF to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, innovative, and focused on generating high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms for both JIMS & ISBF.
- Design and implement lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content, design, and admissions teams across both institutions to ensure campaign consistency.
- Conduct A / B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor benchmarks, and platform updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).3–5 years of proven experience in performance / digital marketing, ideally in the education sector.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM-based reporting.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Role Overview
