FP&A(Financial planning and analysis) - Analyst& AM& Manager

Job Title : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Manager / Assistant Manager Shift Timing : 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM IST Reports To : Director – FP&A (UK)

Role Overview :

We are seeking dynamic and analytical finance professionals for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic analysis. The role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management across geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and execute budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.

Prepare variance analysis, management dashboards, and business performance reports .

Support monthly / quarterly financial closings in coordination with finance teams.

Drive cost optimization, margin analysis , and profitability insights.

Collaborate with business units and leadership to provide data-driven decision support.

Maintain and optimize financial processes using SAP and other FP&A tools .

Present financial insights to senior leadership in India and UK .

Required Qualifications :

Manager :

Experience : 8+ years in FP&A

Compensation : Up to 25 LPA

Assistant Manager :

Experience : 5+ years in FP&A

Compensation : Up to 15 LPA + 15% Variable

Analyst : Experience :

Compensatiom : - 10 LPA.

Education :

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Completed

OR MBA in Finance from a reputed institute

Technical Skills :

Strong knowledge of SAP (mandatory)

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling

Exposure to BI tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
