Job Description

The role involves driving financial planning and analysis for the company, including preparing budgets, forecasts, and cashflow plans. It requires delivering accurate MIS reports, performing variance and trend analysis, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.The position also focuses on product costing, pricing strategy, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs, while closely collaborating with senior management on business initiatives and performance improvement.

Qualifications :

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills (Must Have) Proficiency in tax laws, financial reporting, and audit coordination. Strong understanding of compliances related to direct and indirect taxes. Advanced skills in accounting software and financial systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and lead a team effectively. Additional Notes The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in handling accounts for a plant or manufacturing unit. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in financial management within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to improving processes and driving efficiency within the accounting function.
