Marketing Communications Coordinator

Job descriptionPrimary Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned digital marketing clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction with At Buzz services. Client Reporting : Prepare and present timely campaign performance reports and delivery updates, translating complex campaign data into clear, client-friendly insights. Cross-Functional Coordination : Manage and coordinate the daily workflow with internal At Buzz teams (e.g., Performance, Social Media, Creative) to ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines. Performance Marketing Support : Collaborate on the planning, execution, monitoring, and tracking of diverse Performance Marketing campaigns. Influencer Marketing Execution : Plan, implement, and monitor comprehensive Influencer Marketing campaigns, ensuring execution aligns perfectly with client expectations and defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Output Monitoring : Track and audit the quality of all project outputs, ensuring consistent adherence to both internal standards and client-specific KPIs. Structured Reporting : Compile and manage detailed daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for internal review and coordination, including necessary documentation for the finance department. Issue Resolution : Proactively identify potential delivery challenges and implement swift, effective solutions to maintain project timelines and integrity. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : 2–3 years of proven experience in client servicing, account management, and detailed reporting, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency setting. Digital Expertise : Solid understanding and practical experience in executing or supporting both Performance Marketing and Influencer Marketing campaigns. Account Handling : Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and nurture relationships independently. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Organizational Skills : Strong organizational ability, project management skills, and a high attention to detail. Problem-Solving : A strong, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and the capability to effectively manage client escalations. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding and practical working knowledge of both Performance Marketing and Influencer Marketing, as you will be directly involved in the execution, monitoring, and reporting of campaigns across these disciplines.
