Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Sourcing & Screening : Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, and screen resumes to shortlist top candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define key competencies, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Employer Branding : Help build and promote LoanKuber's employer brand by showcasing company culture, benefits, and career opportunities through social media, job fairs, and other marketing efforts
