Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes and strategies, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and acquiring top talent. This role is critical in ensuring we attract and hire individuals who align with our company s values and contribute to our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Strategy :

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various functions and levels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions and specifications.

Talent Sourcing :

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection :

  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers.
  • Employer Branding :

  • Promote the company s brand and culture through various recruitment channels and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and industry organizations.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting :

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data to continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Candidate Experience :

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration and Communication :

  • Work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
