Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Sourcing and Talent Mapping : Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source candidates and build a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Job Posting and Advertisement : Write and post clear, concise, and engaging job descriptions on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
Employer Branding : Promote Loan Kuber as an employer of choice through effective use of social media, career fairs, and networking events.
Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting & Analytics : Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.), prepare reports, and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Onboarding Support : Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including document collection, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
