Identify and qualify leads based on criteria set by the business development team. Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Performance Tracking : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Administrative Tasks : Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
