The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for the Mumbai region. The role involves identifying new opportunities, delivering solution-driven presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and strengthening LA Technologies' presence within the cybersecurity and IT infrastructure domain.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions
- Identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities across assigned territories
- Managing end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, product presentations, proposals, and closures
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborating with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment with customer requirements
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Driving pipeline growth through consistent follow-ups, lead nurturing, and account development
- Preparing sales forecasts, tracking performance metrics, and reporting progress to management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, support coordination, and timely issue resolution
- Representing the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility
Required Skillsets :
