Job description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for the Mumbai region. The role involves identifying new opportunities, delivering solution-driven presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and strengthening LA Technologies' presence within the cybersecurity and IT infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions
  • Identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities across assigned territories
  • Managing end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, product presentations, proposals, and closures
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
  • Collaborating with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment with customer requirements
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Driving pipeline growth through consistent follow-ups, lead nurturing, and account development
  • Preparing sales forecasts, tracking performance metrics, and reporting progress to management
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, support coordination, and timely issue resolution
  • Representing the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility

Required Skillsets :

  • Strong experience in B2B sales, account management, and revenue generation
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, networking, cloud, and digital ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
  • Strong business development, prospecting, and lead conversion skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Experience working with CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Strong ownership mindset, goal orientation, and ability to work under deadlines
  • Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and pre-sales
  • High customer orientation and problem-solving Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT or cybersecurity sales
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
