About the Role :

Step into a leadership role that shapes the future of mental health nursing at MHJHADS. As the RN3.1 in Nursing Practice Development & Education, you’ll champion a culture of learning, drive sustainable practice change, and empower nurses across inpatient, outpatient, justice health, and alcohol and drug services. With strategic oversight and strong partnerships, you’ll translate knowledge into action, support frontline clinicians, and elevate care experiences for consumers and their families.
