About the Role :

Step into a dynamic role with the Assertive Community Outreach Team (ACOS), where you'll deliver high-impact mental health care to individuals with complex needs across the ACT. Based at the City Community Health Centre, this position offers the chance to lead clinical management, supervise a passionate multidisciplinary team, and provide outreach support to those living with severe mental illness. With extended hours and a rotating roster, ACOS ensures continuity of care and flexibility, reaching clients in homes and community settings.
