Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a
Key Account Manager
to lead and nurture relationships with our major food, beverage, and dairy clients.
This role is ideal for a
strategic, customer-focused professional
who thrives on building long-term partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring superior client satisfaction in a technical B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership :
Act as the single point of contact for key clients, ensuring proactive communication and seamless coordination.
Retention & Growth :
Strengthen relationships with existing clients by identifying expansion opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling Ecocare’s product portfolio.
Technical Consultation :
Collaborate with plant teams to understand cleaning and hygiene challenges, suggest optimized solutions, and validate performance results.
Sales & Revenue Targets :
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals through effective account planning and execution.
Client Visits & Reviews :
Conduct regular on-site visits for performance review, training sessions, and solution validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence :
Track competitor activities, client feedback, and market trends to develop data-driven growth strategies.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in
Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience : 3–6 years in
Key Account Management or B2B Technical Sales
within the
Food, Beverage, or Dairy sector.
Technical Expertise :
Sound understanding of
CIP (Cleaning-In-Place), COP (Cleaning-Out-of-Place), OPC (Open-Plant Cleaning),
and
Water Chemistry.
Skills : Strong command of
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Languages :
English and regional languages (as per territory).
