We are on the look out for a Client Servicing Executive to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai!
Position Overview :
The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding event requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of events from concept to completion. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with a passion for creating impactful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and event requirements.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent support and communication.
Event Planning & Coordination
Work closely with the creative, production, and operations teams to plan and execute events.
Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, and presentations.
Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards.
Execution & On-ground Management
Supervise on-site event setup, branding, logistics, and overall coordination.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Manage last-minute changes and resolve issues promptly.
Post-event Activities
Oversee event reporting, feedback collection, and closure documentation.
Analyze event performance and suggest improvements for future projects.
Requirements & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in client servicing within an event management or advertising agency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
