Role Overview :

We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with a background in medical representative roles are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate must have excellent coordination skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contact between the agency and client.
• Understand client business, brand, and communication needs.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative and strategy teams.
• Coordinate project execution from planning to final delivery.
• Ensure timely and quality-driven delivery of all work.
• Manage feedback constructively and maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal creative, digital, media, and production teams.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and post-campaign analysis.
• Explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
