With two successful stores in Delhi and a growing online community of over 140K followers, we’re expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join our journey.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Retail Salesperson for our New Delhi store who’s friendly, confident, and loves interacting with people. You’ll be the face of Silverfied — helping customers find their style, recommending jewelry, and ensuring every person leaves with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in-store
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry
  • Share product details, prices, and styling suggestions
  • Maintain the store’s visual appeal and cleanliness
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals
  • Ensure a positive, memorable customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in jewelry, styling, or fashion
  • Customer-first attitude and a friendly approach
  • Team player with a sense of responsibility
  • Prior retail or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Minimum qualification : High school or equivalent
