▷ (Urgent) Recruitment Associate

1. Assist in domestic and international educator recruitment and onboarding to meet business requirements.

2. Conduct regular manpower assessments and develop hiring / resourcing plans.

3. Onboard new educators and maintain relevant documentation (training plans, orientation material, contracts, etc.).

4. Support educator deployment, including CV creation, availability checks, and contracting.

5. Ideate and implement regular engagement activities for the educator pool.
