We are looking for an experienced HR professional specializing in
Talent Acquisition , with a strong background in
sales hiring
for the
real estate sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand manpower requirements for
real estate sales roles
(e.g., Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Channel Sales).
Manage
end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing channels :
job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, headhunting , and agency coordination.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for future requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and target candidate profiles.
Conduct
initial screening / interviews
to assess candidate fit and interest.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and metrics.
Ensure a seamless
candidate experience
and strong employer branding throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile :
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
2-5 years of
relevant experience in talent acquisition , with a focus on
sales hiring in the real estate domain
Strong understanding of sales KPIs and target-driven roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced and target-oriented environment
Hands-on experience with
Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter , and Excel reporting
