Sourcing Candidates : Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), social media, and internal databases to identify qualified IT professionals for various job openings.
Screening Resumes : Review resumes to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, work experience, and qualifications for specific IT roles.
Conducting Interviews : Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, technical expertise, and cultural fit for the client’s requirements.
Coordinating Submissions : Submit shortlisted candidates to clients after ensuring they meet all job requirements and qualifications.
Client Interaction : Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Building Talent Pools : Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities.
Negotiations : Discuss job details such as pay rates, availability, and relocation requirements with candidates.
Database Management : Update and maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Must have :
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Freshers from technical graduation backgrounds are preferred (BCA, MCA, B.Tech)
