About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced HR / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end hiring operations and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.
This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and deep operational expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and recruitment process optimization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, building employer brand visibility, managing ATS workflows, and ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely, high-quality hires across business and technology functions.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Manage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking platforms, and internal referrals.
- Drive vendor management, onboarding, and performance governance of external recruitment partners.
- Optimize and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows to ensure process accuracy and data integrity.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to define talent needs, hiring priorities, and workforce forecasts.
- Conduct market mapping and compensation benchmarking to support competitive offers and retention.
- Implement data-driven hiring metrics, dashboards, and reports to improve recruitment efficiency and visibility.
- Build and promote employer branding initiatives, showcasing organizational culture and growth opportunities.
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals are integrated into all hiring practices.
- Supervise and mentor recruitment specialists, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations, preferably in technology, consulting, or enterprise domains.Proven experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies across multiple business functions.Hands-on expertise with ATS platforms such as Workday, Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions.Experience managing third-party vendors, recruitment budgets, and large-scale hiring drives.Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in Excel, reporting, and analytics.Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and DEI practices.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; MBA in HR preferred.Preferred Skills :
Experience in campus hiring, leadership hiring, or international recruitment.Exposure to HR analytics tools, talent CRM systems, and automation solutions.Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Power BI, or recruitment analytics dashboards.Certification in Talent Management, HRBP, or Behavioral Interviewing.Prior experience in scaling teams during rapid organizational growth or transformation(ref : iimjobs.com)
