Role Overview
We're looking for a Recruitment Associate (1–3 years of experience) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process. As a Recruitment Associate, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver high-quality, culture-fit talent for clients across industries.
What You'll Do
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct resume screenings and initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate communication and ensure a positive experience.
- Keep recruitment trackers and reports up to date.
What We're Looking For
