Cocoma Digital & Studios is a fast-growing creative and marketing powerhouse managing multiple brands and sister companies.

Our digital wing specializes in YouTube growth-hacking, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, content amplification, and performance-driven campaigns.

Our studios division offers comprehensive post-production solutions for OTTs, media companies, films, web series, and digital shows — including localization and adaptation services for international content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Campaign Manager who can lead end-to-end campaigns across YouTube and social media platforms — from ideation to execution.

The ideal candidate should be confident, creatively driven, and data-informed , with a strong grasp of content trends, creator collaborations, and digital visibility strategies.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and manage both internal and external stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Ideation

  • Plan and develop campaign strategies focused on YouTube amplification, audience growth, and brand engagement.
  • Develop innovative campaign ideas, content strategies, and activation plans aligned with client objectives and audience insights.
  • Translate client goals into actionable plans and measurable performance KPIs.

Client & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients — understand campaign goals, tone, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, strategy, production, and accounts) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with creators, YouTubers, influencers, and vendor partners for collaborations, reviews, and seeding activities.
  • Creative & Content Execution

  • Guide and collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure all creative assets (copies, statics, videos, etc.) meet brand and campaign standards.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the creative benchmarks expected of Cocoma Digital.
  • Performance Oversight

  • Monitor analytics and optimize live campaigns for cost efficiency and performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, share insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting learnings, metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Pitching & Presentations

  • Develop compelling pitch decks , campaign strategies, and client reports.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to present new concepts and growth opportunities.
  • Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor junior executives, ensuring quality output, creativity, and timely delivery.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration within creative and operations teams.
  • Requirements & Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, or campaign management.
  • Proven experience in content ideation, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Strong communication skills — confident, articulate, and client-facing.
  • Solid understanding of major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Ability to create visually appealing and strategically sound pitch decks and reports.
  • Excellent coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate creatives.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics , and campaign dashboards.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong creative instincts.

  • Experience in content seeding and creator partnerships.
  • Language & Communication Proficiency

  • Language : English (Required)
  • Must be able to communicate professionally with clients, creators, and internal teams.
  • Should represent Cocoma Digital with clarity and professionalism across all formats.

  • YouTube Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking & reporting

  • A Day at Cocoma Digital – Campaign Manager

    Your day begins by reviewing live YouTube and social media campaign metrics, brainstorming new strategies, and syncing with the creative team on upcoming content drops.

    By midday, you're optimizing spends, tracking KPIs, and preparing performance reports. Afternoons are spent coordinating with influencers and internal teams for campaign execution.

    Evenings wrap up with client updates, team syncs, and creative discussions for the next big release.

    You'll be the driving force behind campaigns that make brands trend, perform, and grow.
